Description
SabahCare Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Associate to join our growing team. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for accuracy, we welcome you to apply. (Immediate start)
- *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payments
- To maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- To perform bank reconciliations
- Preparing basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- To assist with audits and other finance-related tasks
- *REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience or knowledge in SQL Accounting Software is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with e-invoicing
