About the role

Join our dynamic team at Qassehku Bridal' as a part-time Event Crew. Based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of our clients' special events and weddings. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving business within the event management industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the set-up and dismantling of event spaces and decor
2. Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees
3. Ensuring event venues are clean, well-organised and maintained throughout events
4. Collaborating with the events team to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our clients
5. Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols
6. Responding promptly to any requests or issues that arise during events

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in event support or customer service roles
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
6. Available to work evenings and weekends as required
