Description
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably experience in the drinking water, FMCG, or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the drinking water market, including retail, wholesale, and institutional sales channels.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in territory planning, route-to-market strategies, and pricing control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market-share targets.
- Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team across assigned regions to ensure consistent performance.
- Expand distribution channels by appointing and managing dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, corporate, and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the drinking water industry.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to drinking water products.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Handle key negotiations, contracts, and pricing approvals with major customers.
