JOB DESCRIPTION:

Due to continued expansion of our operations, we are looking to hire a creative and experienced

Motion Graphic Designer

to join our team of talented individuals!

This position requires specialization in

Creative Designs, Motion Graphics, Animation

and

Video Editing

. The successful candidate will be an integral in formulating, designing, and implementing captivating digital graphics to enhance Brand visibility and awareness.

In more detail, the main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Design & Conceptualization:Collaborate with the design team on the conceptualization and development of high-quality motion graphics for diverse marketing campaigns
• Digital Leadership:Assume primary responsibility for design initiatives across all digital platforms, encompassing (but not limited to) web design, website graphics, email templates, social media creatives, and digital banners
• Video Production: Execute the editing and refinement of video content designated for social media channels and various screen displays
• Brand & Quality Assurance:Ensure stringent adherence of all graphic and motion graphic outputs to established brand guidelines. Review and revise deliverables to consistently uphold the highest creative standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless and high-quality execution of all Marketing initiatives
• Project Management:Efficiently manage and deliver multiple simultaneous projects, consistently meeting challenging deadlines
• Asset Management:Establish and maintain an organized library of digital assets to facilitate efficient repurposing across distinct campaigns and platforms
• Trend Awareness:Maintain a current understanding of the latest design trends, software advancements, and techniques pertaining to motion graphics and video editing
• Execute any further duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management Team

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

1) Design & Video Expertise:

• Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite(especially Premiere Pro, Lightworks, After Effects, or other Motion Graphics software)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI toolsfor graphic/video generation (e.g., HeyGen, HiggsField, Nano Banana) is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in HTML5 Ad Banners with Google Web Designer is an extra plus too

2) Software Proficiency:

• Proficient use of Google Docs Microsoft Office, particularly Google Slides/PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Excel

3) Teamwork & Adaptability:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a cross-functional team
• The ability to be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

4) Industry Advantage:

• Previous professional experience within the financial industryis considered a strong asset
