Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Handle all project-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, merchant files, and reports.
Prepare letters, forms, minutes of meetings, and basic project documents.
2. Project Coordination Assistance
Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and updates especially for tendering.
Track project progress and follow up with internal teams for updates.
Support the Project Manager/Executive in day-to-day project coordination.
3. Merchant & Customer Support
Assist in communicating with merchants on basic inquiries or information updates.
Coordinate appointments, training sessions, and follow-up activities.
Log feedback from merchants and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare simple spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries.
Update dashboards or tracking sheets for project status.
Support management with administrative reports when required.
5. General Office Support
Handle filing, documentation, and general office duties related to the project team.
Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials.
Support the department in any tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
