Check the documents to ensure they are meeting local processes flow. Some knowledge in Manufacturing Operation and understanding of Omnipod process. Scorecard production line efficiency, scrap, and downtime performance Provide daily update to supervisor/coach. Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor/ coach. To learn and explore in communication methodology and through task assignments. Ability to be independent and self-motivated. Monitor data collection systems and trend data Analyze large amounts of data to present clear, actionable information to the team Analyze and improve current business process to improve business efficiency. Interact with cross functional teams to lead long term process improvement and implementation projects Uphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy. Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines. Maintain a cGMP compliant environment and operate within FDA guidelines. Perform other duties as required.Education and Experience: Enrolled as BS or MS candidate in engineering course or at least final year in engineering course or similar field MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and data analytics tools Only for Malaysian studentsPreferred Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Data Analysis: Minitab, JMP, Excel CAD: Solidworks, AutoCAD* Multi-language fluency preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)Insulet started in 2000 with an idea and a mission to enable our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom and healthier lives through the use of our Omnipod product platform.
