Description

a) Responsibilities

  1. Handle all professional correspondence and official office documentation.​

2 ) Execute prompt billing to clients and ensure all invoices are issued and tracked systematically.

  1. Coordinate and arrange dispatch services for the timely delivery of legal documents.
  2. Monitor office inventory (paper, stationery, etc.) and inform partners when items are low to ensure timely restocking.

b) Qualifications a) Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification;

b) Must be computer literate;

c) Candidate must have reasonable command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;

d) Strong organizational and time management abilities; and e) Good working attitude, diligent, reliable, responsible and committed to all assigned job responsibilities.

Salary : RM2,000-RM2,200.00

(+ parking allowance)

*Shortlisted candidates must be able to attend the interview in person at our office in Greentown Square, Ipoh. We do not conduct remote or online interviews.
