Description
a) Responsibilities
- Handle all professional correspondence and official office documentation.
2 ) Execute prompt billing to clients and ensure all invoices are issued and tracked systematically.
- Coordinate and arrange dispatch services for the timely delivery of legal documents.
- Monitor office inventory (paper, stationery, etc.) and inform partners when items are low to ensure timely restocking.
b) Qualifications a) Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification;
b) Must be computer literate;
c) Candidate must have reasonable command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
d) Strong organizational and time management abilities; and e) Good working attitude, diligent, reliable, responsible and committed to all assigned job responsibilities.
Salary : RM2,000-RM2,200.00
(+ parking allowance)
*Shortlisted candidates must be able to attend the interview in person at our office in Greentown Square, Ipoh. We do not conduct remote or online interviews.
