YOUR ROLE To sustain/improve process including quality, yield, internal & external customer complaint and lot on hold rate. To support production for meeting wws target. To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to material / process To ensure process is running within control chart in SPC To transfer knowledge from NPI to realize in production mode on any new product/technology received from NPI team

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Experience in EOL, mold, or crop processes will be an advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with process control experience.

Knowledge and practical application of:

Design of Experiments (DOE)

FMEA

SPC

DMAIC

8D problem solving

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

Fresh graduates with excellent academic results are encouraged to apply.
