Objectives of the Position

• Preparation for Responsible Care (RC) Audit Preparedness, Global Safety Day and upcoming RC Audit for Pasir Gudang Site
• On-demand EHS services related to EHS Management System (EHSMS)
• Helping and maintain site EHS requirements

Main Tasks

EHS Management System:

• Assist in updating and maintaining EHS&S documentation and filing
• Support implementation of EHSS standards, Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), and promotion of related programs
• Update and monitor Occupational Health (OH) and medical records
• Collaborating with IT on digitalization projects (e.g., MS Teams, online training systems)
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Audit / Inspection:

• Follow & do Safety Inspection on site/plant
• To assist for preparation on next Medical Audit and GU/RA Audit 2024
• To assist on preparing & close the pre-GU/RA audit/Gaps

People’s Development:

• Willing to learn new things
• Can deliver results fast, accurate, active follow-up

Requirements

• Able to commit to minimum of 6 month full time internship
• Diploma or Degree in Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Chemical or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and computer skills. Must have a good understanding of scope and function of EHS units.
• Able to do internship onsite at Pasir Gudang
